MAD (Making a Difference) began in 2003 when Youth Pastor Brian Lowrie saw the need to equip and resource churches in Scotland in their youth and children's work.

MAD Ministries is a Christian organisation, which exists for two main reasons.

Firstly we seek to train and resource churches in Scotland to be effective communicators of God's great truths to the younger generations.

Secondly MAD ministries works in partnership with others to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to children, teenagers and families.

MAD Ministries works throughout the west of Scotland and in particular in North and South Lanarkshire. Brian has covered 32 schools in this area and hopes that this will continue to grow. One of the long-term goals of MAD in Scotland is to establish a full-time school team(s) in North and South Lanarkshire.
